Good Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception, but my room had no view at all.

The location was convenient and favourable for us!

We loved this nicely decorated hotel; its excellent breakfasts, new-fashioned rooms. We got a room with a bathtub. Spent here 4 wonderful days and would love to stay here again.

The rooms were big for Paris. The staff at the hotel were pleasant and very helpful. Cannot wait to return to this gem in Paris.

My stay was really enjoyable! The spa and steam room were a major plus after exploring. The room was spacious enough for two big bags, and the breakfast spread, especially the egg options, kept me happy each morning. Just could've used a better desk setup in the room.

A fantastic hotel, exceptional design and wonderful staff. Rooms were stylish and clean. The gym was excellent. No faults at all

The rooms were a nice size and brand-new with required things, like a balcony, complimentary coffee maker and a mini-bar.

I stayed for 1 night in the Superior Double Room with Spa Access and it was such a charming experience! The room was super comfortable, impeccably clean, and stocked with amazing L'Occitane toiletries. The breakfast offered a good spread.

The ambient is perfect, clean and comfortable. You really ejoy it.

Rooms very modern and clean! Bathroom as big as the room itself, very comfy! Even when noisy outside, close the windows and there was nothing but silence. english speaking personell, very friendly and helpfull, would return tomorrow imediately!

Breakfast was French so very limited, we did breakfast in Paris city, cheaper and the experience is much more better being tourist etc, not that the breakfast is bad at the hotel but limited, quality of breakfast was excellent!

The hospitality from the staff was really good, with Francois and Jasmine being particularly helpful with suggestions for restaurants and directions.

The layout of the bathroom was somewhat awkward, with the toilet positioned directly in front of the door, making entry a bit cumbersome.

The hotel is recently renovated, nice design, everything is clean and new, nice rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, great breakfast in lovely dinning room etc. It is situated really close to the Porte Maillot subway station and close to congress center. Free wi-fee.

Sauna was not turned on, had to wait for half an h to heat it.

The fact that the room & bathroom very clean, that room was noise free, and overall the look and feel was very nice and cosy.

The kids enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the location was perfect for exploring, just a short walk from all the main sights. The breakfast spread was good.

In my wife's opinion, an extra family-friendly activity area would enhance the experience.

Excellent hotel with comfortable rooms, very freindly and helpful staff.I really enjoyed breakfast sitting in the courtyard with the roof open.

The toilets were dirty as if someone has used them or urinated without flushing water.
